• Kaazhagam does not store or have access to your complete card or banking details. All payment information is securely handled by our authorised payment service providers.
• Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
• In the event of a duplicate payment or an unsuccessful transaction where the amount has been debited, please contact our support team with the transaction details. After verification, the eligible amount will be processed in accordance with the payment provider's guidelines.
• Kaazhagam reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious payment activity is detected.
• Approved refunds, where applicable under our Exchange & Refund Policy, will be processed only to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds are limited to the product amount and do not include shipping or delivery charges.
