1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kaazhagam website (kaazhagam.com) or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers who purchase products from Kaazhagam, an official brand of Royal Textiles. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take every care to accurately describe our sarees, including fabric type, colour, weave, and dimensions. However, colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to display settings. All products are handcrafted, and minor variations in weave or embellishment are characteristic of authentic handwoven textiles and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices on Kaazhagam are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued promptly.

4. Payment

We accept online payment via Razorpay — supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, courier delays, or remote locations. Kaazhagam is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners. Tracking information will be made available in your order details once the shipment is dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

As our collections are carefully curated and inspected before dispatch, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or colour preference. An exchange will be considered only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be submitted through your account within 7 days of delivery, with two clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
• Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched; customised or specially ordered products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Once approved and inspected, a replacement of the same product is dispatched within 4–5 business days, subject to stock availability. If the replacement is out of stock, the product amount (excluding shipping charges) is refunded to the original payment method within 3–4 business days. 7. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kaazhagam account credentials. All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility. Please notify us immediately at support@kaazhagam.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Kaazhagam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Kaazhagam — including product photographs, saree descriptions, brand name, logo, and website design — is the intellectual property of Royal Textiles / Kaazhagam. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kaazhagam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, products, or services. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the website or app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Kaazhagam shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. By using our platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
